What’s your favorite part about being a realtor?Lynn loves solving problems and minimizing stress for his clients but what he enjoys most is the service and education aspect of being a Realtor. Serving as a real estate consultant to his
clients, friends, and family is fun and rewarding especially when he can leverage his unique real estate expertise and business knowledge to help them reach their personal and family goals. Lynn also appreciates the amazing network of team members, professionals, and service providers he continuously builds to ensure efficiency and quality for his clients.

The most important thing for Lynn is making a genuine connection with each client to learn what pain points and unique needs they truly have so he can develop a personalized plan to smoothly navigate through the sales process. By spearheading the challenges and stressors that come with the unknowns in real estate and continuously changing housing market he is able to lead them to a successful closing. Biggest lesson learned in your career?
Learn what brings people the most stress and alleviate it. Often times it’s related to timely action and communication which is of utmost importance in today’s real estate market. Lynn has learned that a property can sell at any given moment which is why he stresses the importance of being prepared ahead of time so his clients are ready to make decisive decisions to either sell for the best price or purchase when the perfect opportunity arises.

How do you like to spend your free time?
Lynn likes to travel, eat good food, try new restaurants/establishments, see live music, go on fun date nights, and hitting happy hours with good people. He relaxes with audiobooks, podcasts, and watching movies in his free time. To stay active, Lynn enjoys yoga, walking with his dog, sightseeing, and playing softball.
What’s a hidden talent you have?Though he’s never taught in a studio, Lynn is a certified yoga
instructor and can do a headstand.
Who is someone you look up to and why?
Lynn looks up to his mother because she has always found a way to be full of laughter despite a troubled and tragic past. Though she’s in a foreign land and can’t read or write, she’s managed to live a full life and is surrounded by a community she has connected with and loves.
What’s a big lesson that your life has taught you?
Through his experiences, Lynn has learned that material things are nice but not required to be happy – it’s the people you connect with and your own health that matter most. He believes that finding a way to be an energetic, positive influence for the people you surround yourself with is key to continued happiness. For Lynn, life is more fulfilling if you continue to grow and learn new things, and then find ways to help others using the skills, knowledge, and effort you have. You should find people who are interesting, wise, and have more experience than you so you can learn from them and they can help guide you in setting and attaining your goals.
If you won the lottery tomorrow, what would you spend it on?
Lynn’s lottery winnings would go toward travel. He’d see the world, connecting with local experts at each location for guided tours of historic sites, modern marvels, and tastings of amazing cultural dishes.
