What Is Your Favorite Part About Being a Realtor?
Elfego’s favorite part of being a realtor is being able to help his friends and family understand the complicated real estate process while enjoying meeting new people and helping others. This position gives him the opportunity to make new friends with his clients and make the home-buying process go as smoothly as possible for each of them. His goal is to find them their dream home or perfect investment property. He enjoys the entire process, from guiding them through their searching, listing a current home, making an offer, and negotiating the best deal, to finally handing over the keys to their new home.

Why should someone choose you as their agent?
Elfego believes customer service is what he knows and does best. Clients choose him as their realtor because they believe in his ability to deliver results and provide a positive experience throughout their real estate journey. His communication skills and expert knowledge of the local market give clients the confidence to make easy decisions on buying or selling. Elfego started working at the age of 12 in Oaxaca, Mexico. He understands and knows what it takes to get the job done. He holds the unique skill and advantage of deep cultural understanding, and he serves both English- and Spanish-speaking clients with his bilingual ability. Clients can feel comfortable entrusting him with their real estate needs.

What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned in your career?
Elfego has learned as a realtor and as a consumer the importance of building strong relationships with your clients. Real estate transactions are not just about buying or selling properties; they are about helping people navigate significant life changes. By prioritizing trust, communication, and understanding his client's needs, he can establish longstanding connections and relationships.


How do you like to spend your free time?
Elfego loves spending time outside with his family and enjoys the simple things—like going for a walk, bike-riding to the park, playing with his kids, being on the lake, doing small projects around the house, hanging out with friends and family, enjoying some tasty food and music, and playing golf.

What’s a hidden talent you have?
Elfego is particularly good at playing basketball, but not everyone believes him because they think he is too short.

Who is someone you look up to and why?
Elfego admires his parents’ work ethic and older siblings' academic achievements. He aspires to emulate those qualities in his own life.

What’s a big lesson that your life has taught you?
One of the biggest lessons that life has taught Elfego is the importance of adaptability. Life is full of change, and being able to adapt to new circumstances with resilience and flexibility is crucial for personal growth and success.

If you won the lottery tomorrow, what would you spend it on?
If Elfego won the lottery, he would consider spending it on things that would bring him long-term happiness and fulfillment, such as investing in experiences, pursuing his passions, supporting loved ones, and giving back to worthy causes. He cares about finding a good balance between working hard and creating memories with his family.
