The Beginning of Andrew and Anna’s Story

Andrew and Anna purchased their first home at the height of the real estate market in 2006. In 2010, they found and purchased a bigger home for their growing family; they just needed to sell their current home. Neither Andrew nor Anna had sold a home before. They tried twice, first, as a For Sale by Owner, and then again with a discount brokerage. Neither of those options really worked out for them, so they decided to become landlords and rent out the property instead.
