Catherine completed undergraduate coursework at St. Cloud State University and the University of Minnesota. Catherine was also named Edina Realty’s Maple Grove Rookie of the Year of 2019.
What’s your favorite part about being a realtor?
Catherine’s favorite part of her work is helping her clients reach their real estate dreams, no matter what they may be.
Why should someone choose you as their agent?
Catherine works to provide the highest level of personalized service to all her clients. She listens carefully to their individual needs, and then helps them set realistic and attainable goals that will lead to a successful home sale or purchase. What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned during your career?
There are many variables in a real estate transaction and things don’t always go as planned. Catherine has learned to be a creative problem solver, as well as the importance of coaching her clients on what to expect – especially the unexpected.

How do you like to spend your free time?
Catherine enjoys being with family and friends, trying new restaurants, and watching her son play hockey. She’s also a big fan of Minnesota sports, and especially loves cheering on the Twins, Vikings, and Wild.
What’s a hidden talent you have?
While she’s not sure that she can claim a hidden talent, not many people know that Catherine proudly represented her hometown as an ambassador when she was crowned Miss Richfield 1990.
Who is someone you look up to and why?
Though she’s no longer with us, Catherine greatly looks up to her mom. Her mother was the most kind and gentle human being Catherine’s ever known, and a blessing to all who knew her. She always wore a beautiful smile, had a kind word to say, and lent a helping hand.
What’s a big lesson that your life has taught you?
That kindness prevails. “There are three ways to ultimate success. The first way is to be kind. The second way is to be kind. The third way is to be kind.” – Mister Rogers
If you won the lottery tomorrow, what would you spend it on?Catherine would spend her winnings on breast cancer research and a beautifully restored 1950s Cadillac convertible (pink, of course).
After going through three realtors over the previous years, you came in and established a solid plan – 10 days later, we had multiple offers and continued interest in the house. You restored our faith that realtors do deliver on their promises. Thank you!
